ShuRaku Sake Bar + Bistro

Good food, good atmosphere, and good company make a great combination for a relaxing night. I enjoyed all three dishes, and tried to look up names of what I have eaten but could only find one. The first one is hitsumabushi. The bowl on the right contains rice and unagi with sauce and you first eat as ‘dry,’ meaning no soup or liquid portion, which is on the left, added. Then the second half is eaten as a congee of some sort. I really like this dish. The remaining two were specials that they had for that week or month, so I couldn’t find names on their website.
